Harvard University has just launched a lawsuit against the Trump administration for freezing $2.2 billion in federal funding.
Earlier this month, the Trump administration decided to cut off Harvard’s funding due to the university’s refusal to address antisemitism on campus.
After all, why should American taxpayers’ money go to funding woke college ideology?
Now, Harvard claims the move is unconstitutional, violating the First Amendment, as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
