Infowars journalist Owen Shroyer was released from federal prison on Friday after serving 45 days of his 60-day sentence.
Shroyer reported to FCI Oakdale prison on October 24th to serve a sentence related to his presence at the U.S. Capitol grounds on January 6th, 2021.

Shroyer never entered the Capitol and was among the few individuals charged in connection to the protest who neither entered the building nor faced allegations of violent or destructive behavior.
“He did not enter the building, but prosecutors said to he violated a previous deferred prosecution agreement that forbade the journalist from using ‘loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds,’” The Post Millennial reports.
