While questioning a witness during a House hearing Thursday, Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-N.Y.) ludicrously suggested that the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop in the fall of 2020 was based on a hard drive that was “manipulated by Rudy Giuliani or Russia.”
The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government held a hearing Thursday morning to examine the federal government’s involvement in social media censorship, including new revelations that U.S. and U.K. military contractors were recruited by the Obama regime to police speech on tech platforms almost immediately after the surprise election of Donald Trump in 2016.
Testifying before the committee for the second time this year, were Twitter Files journalists Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger, as well as Rupa Subramanya, a Canada-based journalist with The Free Press.
