Attorney General Pam Bondi has dropped a bombshell, accusing the FBI’s New York field office of withholding critical documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. In a letter sent to FBI Director Kash Patel, Bondi demanded immediate compliance and an internal investigation into the bureau’s handling of the case.
This follows earlier reports that the FBI may have been secretly destroying Epstein-related documents, fueling further speculation about government corruption and obstruction of justice. In a scathing letter sent Thursday, Bondi revealed that her office had only received a fraction of the documents it had requested regarding Epstein’s extensive criminal enterprise.
“I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents,” Bondi wrote. “Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein.”
