This Billionaires’ Row penthouse is almost half off. But the now-bargain price will still cost a deep-pocketed buyer a sky-high $90 million.
The top-floor penthouse at 432 Park Ave., once the tallest residential building in the world, first hit the market for a staggering $169 million in 2021.
Its asking price was finally slashed to $105 million last year — and it’s now asking $90 million for sale.
The seller is Saudi retail mogul Fawaz Al Hokair, who has never spent a night inside the dwelling, which means its next owner can get a unit that’s in pristine condition.
The current price is not much more than the $87.7 million Al Hokair paid for it in 2016.
