The 80-year-old Indian activist was convicted of killing two FBI agents in 1975, a charge he’s long denied.
His release has reignited a long-standing debate: was he a political prisoner or a convicted killer?
Supporters see justice delayed, while law enforcement calls it a betrayal.
So why did Biden release this guy?
And more importantly, did he have the AUTHORITY to do so?
I think we know the answer to that.
