After spending years calling President Donald Trump every name in the book, comedian and actor Michael Rapaport has been singing a different tune lately.
He’s among the many celebrities who have become disillusioned with the Democratic Party — particularly over the course of the Biden administration — and, often reluctantly, started finding common ground with the MAGA movement.
Most recently, Rapaport offered some praise for Trump’s second-term actions, particularly regarding efforts to combat antisemitism. Of course, his penchant for immature name-calling remains intact:
As Breitbart News reported, the order requires all executive agencies to identify ongoing actions against antisemitism, as well as actions that can be taken, within 60 days.
In addition, it directs certain agencies to push colleges and universities to monitor activities of “alien students and staff” who are involved in antisemitic protests, so that they can be investigated and deported.
“I am happy that a task force for antisemitism, for anti-Jewishness, has been implemented by Trump,” Rapaport said. “I love it.”
