Gone but not forgotten, former Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) took the brunt of recent criticisms by former President Donald Trump who described her as a “crazy” person suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
Posting on Truth Social, the GOP frontrunner attacked one of his favorite intra-party nemeses in response to rumors spread by Cheney that he was depressed and not eating following the 2020 elections. The suggestions were made by the Wyoming Republican in the release of her new book.
“Crazy Liz Cheney, who suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome at a level rarely seen before, writes in her boring new book that Kevin McCarthy said he came to Mar-a-Lago after the RIGGED election because, ‘the former president was depressed and not eating.’ That statement is not true. I was not depressed, I was ANGRY, and it was not that I was not eating, it was that I was eating too much,” wrote Trump.
