Former President Donald Trump reacted to recent hysteria from mainstream media outlets by telling Fox News’ Sean Hannity that they fear “running against us,” meaning the Make America Great Again movement.
Trump joined Hannity for a townhall event in Iowa with just a little over a month to go before the Iowa caucuses, which will formally kick off the Republican presidential primary process.
The former president was asked about comments made by the current White House occupant at a fundraiser earlier in the day. “If Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running,” Biden said of Trump, adding that Democrats “cannot let him win.” Biden’s comments follow a week of comically transparent, coordinated media hysteria after Trump vowed to root out Marxists, communists and other far-left extremists who “live like vermin.”
