Joe Biden made a lot of very curious moves in the final waning hours of his Presidency.
One was pardoning large portions of his family:

But another one hasn’t quite received much attention yet, so I wanted to cover it.
On his way out the door, “Joe Biden” (which I put in quotes because it’s clear he’s not signing or even understanding his own Executive Orders) signed a new Executive Order effectively repealing large portions of Executive Order 13961.
So what, you might ask….
