According to USA Facts, non-Hispanic Whites were the largest racial or ethnic group in Florida in 2022. With 11.6 million, they equaled 52.3 percent of the population. The Hispanic/Latino population, which saw the most growth between 2012 and 2022, increased from 4.3 million to 6 million, placing them at 27.1 percent of Florida’s population.
