They will look like this lady, Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank, the bespectacled feminine version of the nerdy psychopath Bill Gates, justifying their condemnable despotism under the guise of human rights and technological convenience.

It somehow slipped my notice that, many years ago, France outlawed cash transactions in excess of 1,000 Euros, punishable by criminal penalties.
