A HORRIFYING photo shows a kidnap victim with a chain and padlock around her neck after she managed to escape the clutches of her paedo captor.
The 40-year-old woman was attacked inside the house of the kidnapper in Miranda de Ebro, Spain.

The 57-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the crime but has not yet been named by Spanish authorities.
The doctors were shocked when they saw the woman with a bruised face walk into the Santiago Apostol hospital.
She still had a chain and two padlocks around her neck and hands when she explained she escaped from a kidnapper.
The victim, who has not been named, told police that she had been at the hospital visiting a friend minutes before the incident.
On her way out, the man had offered her a lift home but said he needs to stop by his house to pick up a few things.
He reportedly gained the woman’s trust and invited her in, but after closing the front door beat her unconscious.
