Vince Ricci, a California father and entrepreneur, defended his home and family from armed attackers earlier this month using a handgun.
Two masked men hopped over a wall and ran him down with guns.
Ricci returned gunfire to force the armed attackers to flee.
Yet, California’s response is to temporarily suspend his concealed carry permit.
“LA criminals came to my home, pointing guns at my chest. After successfully defending my home, and my family, and my five-month-old child, California has now decided to suspend my Second Amendment,” Ricci shared in a video posted by the NRA.
“Vince Ricci was coming back to his LA home on a quiet evening when two robbers jumped his wall and pointed guns at his chest. But they weren’t ready for what was about to happen. He had a gun of his own and defended himself. Now, California is suspending his Second Amendment,” the NRA wrote.
