TOKYO, Nov 9 (Reuters) – Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is considering holding talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sideline of APEC summit in San Francisco around November 16, public broadcaster NHK reported on Thursday, citing government sources.
Leaders from the 21-member Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum will meet in San Francisco from Nov. 15-17.
