A SADISTIC Russian killer who raped and stabbed ex-girlfriend 111 times has been officially exempted from prison time by Vladimir Putin.
Vladislav Kanyus, 27, was forgiven for the heinous crime because he fought against Ukraine as a part of convict recruitment by Russia.

He was pardoned from a 17-year prison sentence six months after serving in Putin’s war on October 28 – and his criminal record for rape and murder was fully removed.
The scum killer tortured Vera Pekhteleva, 23, after she decided to split with him.
He abused her for three-and-a-half hours, raping her and slowly killing her with repeated knife wounds – some 111 times, it was reported.
He then strangled her with the flex of an iron before she ultimately died.
